Story of a box

We know that we are not flashy or spectacular, but rather sad, brown and a bit rough. Come on, we are not designer boxes!

Our mission ends when we reach our destination, they take out the goods we contain and hopefully deposit us in the blue container.

This is our life so far...

...they leave us in a room and gradually empty us out.

One day it was my turn and that of other colleagues to be emptied, but what was our surprise when we saw that they were not taking us to the container but to a room.

There, some people started to open up to us...

...to hit us...

...to bend...

...to paint us...

...to decorate us...

We saw each other how we were changing...

...and we looked different

Nothing to do with what we were!

Now we had different ways, we were houses!

Houses with doors and windows

With glass and curtains...

...and even barn!

All together we formed a village, even one of us became a stable!

We heard that we were all going to be part of a Bethlehem.

And so it was... who could imagine that they would look at us with pleasure and we would wake up a smile! Who could imagine that we would have a second chance!

And this is our story and our wish!
