  • Orain arte, Matiako Arreta Psikosozialeko Taldeak 4.000 paziente baino gehiago eta 7.000 senide baino gehiago artatu ditu.
  • Matiako EAPSk 2009tik ospitale eta etxeetan Gipuzkoako bost egoitzari ematen zien arreta psikosoziala zabaldu du.
 

(Donostia, 2022ko apirilak 27) 2021ean Matiak ospitaleetan eta etxeetan 2009tik eman duen arreta psikosoziala bost egoitzatara zabaldu du: Argixao; Bermingham; Iza; Otezuri; eta Rezola.

  • To date, more than 4,000 patients and more than 7,000 family members have been assisted by Matia's Psychosocial Care Team (EAPS).
  • Matia's EAPS has extended the psychosocial care it has been providing since 2009 in hospitals and homes to five residences in Gipuzkoa

During the 2021 financial year, Matia has extended the psychosocial care it has been providing since 2009 in hospitals and homes to five residences: Argixao; Bermingham; Iza; Otezuri; and Rezola.

  • El EAPS de Matia ha extendido la atención psicosocial que venía prestando desde 2009 en hospitales y domicilios a cinco residencias guipuzcoanas

Cómo en casa
  • The project will advance the transformation of residential services from an "institutional" model to a "home" model, from a comprehensive and systemic community perspective.
  • The model will be implemented in the Basque Country and Asturias.
  • Approved by Royal Decree 1101/2021 of December 10, the project has a total amount of 5,473,600 euros, financed by the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030 in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain and the Next Generation EU funds of the European Union.

Matia, "Etxean bezala", egoitza-zentroak pertsonarengan arreta zentratzeko eraldaketa-eredu bat sortuko duen proiektuaren buru da.

In order to fill a temporary position as a SOCIAL INTEGRATION professional at 85% (70% permanent + 15% availability) of working hours at the ELIZARAN center, a selection process will be initiated.

The required professional profile is as follows:

- Medium degree in Social Integration.

- Basque (spoken and written)

- Previous experience in functional diversity.

Competence requirements and necessary values:

Social skills, teamwork, results orientation, customer orientation, work organization, responsiveness and dynamization.
