The Helduak Zabaltzen initiative is a project promoted by the Basque Government and Euskofederpen, to facilitate the transformation and adaptation of the model of Social Centres for the Elderly, as well as to accompany them towards digitalisation. Its main aim is to adapt the centres to the needs of the current and future elderly population.

Two pilot projects are currently underway in Erandio (Altzaga Social Centre) and in Eibar (Untzaga, Urki, Ipurúa and Beheko Tokia Social Centres) to analyse in a participatory manner the aspects that enable the challenges identified by the elderly to be met.

The most eagerly awaited moment has arrived to have the opportunity to share, contribute and learn about the challenges currently faced by the Social Centres.

For this, we invite you to participate in these workshops open to all citizens, where we intend that ALL of us can provide solutions to the needs and priorities identified in the Social Centres for older people. No matter how old you are, all the contributions you make and the learning you will take away will add up to this collective transformation.

In this direction, two participatory workshops will be held through the methodology "World Café", which seeks to create a welcoming space for dialogue in small groups on key questions, to generate ideas, agreements and creative and innovative ways of action, involving a large number of people.

WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU, TAKE PART AND DECIDE ON HOW TO IMPROVE SOCIAL CENTRES!

As the capacity will be limited, it is necessary to register. You can do it in two ways:

  1.   By sending a message to info@helduakzabaltzen.eus indicating in the subject "Participation World Cafe + name of the municipality/municipalities you wish to attend" and write your name, surname, municipality and profile of the person in the body of the message.
