Matia Instituto, the Matia Institute for Gerontological Research, is looking for a social researcher to work in Donostia or Madrid. We offer a full-time, permanent contract.
Duties:

Design, planning, management, development and coordination of research, intervention and evaluation projects in the field of gerontology.

Search for calls for proposals for the development of projects.

Carrying out quantitative and qualitative studies.

Analysis and exploitation of data from surveys, secondary sources, interviews and groups.

Transfer of knowledge in the professional field.

Preparation of reports.
The professional profile required is as follows:
- Bachelor's or Bachelor's degree in the social field.
- Proven knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and tools.
- Training and/or experience in the field of ageing and/or in the field of care.
- Experience in networking with other agents (public administration, private and social entities).
- Spoken and written English.
The following would be an asset:
- Specialization in aging and/or methodology: Master, Expert, Doctoral Studies, etc.
- Technical and/or scientific publications.
- Participation in working groups, expert committees, conferences, forums, etc.
- Experience in leadership and team coordination.
- Knowledge of Basque.
- Knowledge of French.
