Matia Instituto, the Matia Institute for Gerontological Research, is looking for a social researcher to work in Donostia or Madrid. We offer a full-time, permanent contract.

Duties:

• Design, planning, management, development and coordination of research, intervention and evaluation projects in the field of gerontology.

Matia Instituto, Matiako Ikerketa Gerontologikoko Institutua, lantokia Donostian edo Madrilen duen gizarte-ikertzaile baten bila dabil. Kontratu mugagabea eta lanaldi osokoa eskaintzen dugu.

• Matia's EAPS has extended the psychosocial care it has been providing since 2009 in hospitals and homes to five residences in Gipuzkoa

During the 2021 financial year, Matia has extended the psychosocial care it has been providing since 2009 in hospitals and homes to five residences: Argixao; Bermingham; Iza; Otezuri; and Rezola. 

• Hasta la fecha, más de 4.000 pacientes y más de 7.000 familiares han sido atendidos por el Equipo de Atención Psicosocial (EAPS) de Matia
• El EAPS de Matia ha extendido la atención psicosocial que venía prestando desde 2009 en hospitales y domicilios a cinco residencias guipuzcoanas

• The project will advance the transformation of residential services from an "institutional" model to a "home" model, from a comprehensive and systemic community perspective.
• The model will be implemented in the Basque Country and Asturias.
• Approved by Royal Decree 1101/2021 of December 10, the project has a total amount of 5,473,600 euros, financed by the Ministry of Social Rights and Agenda 2030 in the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain and the Next Generation EU funds of the European Union.

• Proiektuak aukera emango du erakunde-eredurik, etxe-eredura, ikuspegi komunitario integral eta sistemiko batetik egoitza-zerbitzuen eraldaketan aurrera egiteko.
• Eredua Euskadin eta Asturiasen ezarriko da.
• Abenduaren 10eko 1101/2021 Errege Dekretuak onartua, proiektuak 5.473.600 €-ko zenbatekoa du guztira, Gizarte Eskubideen eta 2030 Agendaren Ministerioak finantzatua, Espainiako Gobernuaren Berreskurapen, Eraldaketa eta Erresilientzia Planaren eta Europar Batasuneko Next Generation EU funtsen esparruan.

• 5 pertsona kontratatuko dira zentroa garbitzeko.

• Barru eta kanpo prozesua egingo dira.

Matiak hautaketa-prozesu bat hasi du Argixao zentroan garbiketako langileen beharra betetzeko.

Prozesu honekin Matiak garbiketa-lanak egiteko pertsonak zuzenean kontratatzearen aldeko apustua egiten du.

• Se contratará a 5 personas para labores de limpieza en el centro.

• El proceso se realizará de manera interna y externa.

Matia inicia un proceso de selección para cubrir la necesidad de personal de limpieza en su centro Argixao. 

Con este proceso Matia apuesta por la contratación directa de personas para realizar las labores de limpieza.
